Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Due to the nature of press-on nails, we accept refunds only if the product is defective, different from description, or damaged during transit.

2. Process
To request a refund, contact us at paribeautyzone804@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, providing order details and photos or relevant evidence.

3. Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If replacement is preferred, we will ship once the original product is returned (buyer covers return shipping, unless the issue is our fault).

4. Returns
Return shipping responsibility depends on the nature of the issue. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless damaged.
